1. Limited Warranty

ICE Fabrication (“Company”) warrants to the original purchaser that its custom automobile products (“Products”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase or installation, whichever occurs first.

This warranty applies only to Products purchased directly from ICE Fabrication or an authorized dealer or installer.
2. Warranty Coverage

If a Product is determined by ICE Fabrication to have a defect covered by this warranty, ICE Fabrication will, at its discretion:

    Repair the defective Product;
    Replace the defective Product with the same or a comparable product; or
    Provide a refund of all or part of the original purchase price.

Any replacement Product may be new or refurbished and may have minor differences in appearance or specifications.
3. Custom Products

ICE Fabrication specializes in custom-fabricated automobile products. Because Products may be individually manufactured or modified for a particular vehicle, minor variations in dimensions, fit, finish, color, texture, or appearance may occur. Such variations are not considered defects unless they materially affect the intended function of the Product.

Customer-requested modifications, designs, measurements, or specifications are the responsibility of the customer once approved.
4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failure resulting from:

    Improper installation, modification, alteration, or repair;
    Installation by an unauthorized installer;
    Accident, collision, abuse, misuse, negligence, or vandalism;
    Normal wear and tear;
    Improper maintenance or failure to follow care instructions;
    Racing, competition, off-road use, or other abnormal vehicle use;
    Exposure to road salt, chemicals, extreme temperatures, weather, or environmental conditions;
    Improper vehicle operation;
    Installation on a vehicle for which the Product was not designed;
    Customer-supplied parts or materials;
    Modifications made after installation without ICE Fabrication's approval;
    Damage occurring after delivery or installation; or
    Problems caused by other vehicle components, aftermarket modifications, or electrical or mechanical systems unrelated to the Product.

5. Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must contact ICE Fabrication and provide reasonable proof of purchase along with a description of the issue and, when requested, photographs or other documentation.

ICE Fabrication may require the Product to be inspected or returned before determining whether the claim is covered under this warranty.

The customer must follow all return, inspection, and shipping instructions provided by ICE Fabrication.
6. Installation and Labor

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this warranty covers the Product itself and does not automatically cover costs associated with removal, reinstallation, labor, transportation, towing, rental vehicles, or other related expenses.

ICE Fabrication is not responsible for damage to a vehicle or other property resulting from improper installation, removal, modification, or use of the Product.
7. Warranty Service

Warranty repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period unless required by applicable law.

ICE Fabrication reserves the right to determine whether a claimed defect is covered by this warranty based on inspection and available evidence.
8. Limitation of Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by ICE Fabrication for its Products. Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration permitted by applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ICE Fabrication's responsibility under this warranty is limited to repairing, replacing, or refunding the affected Product as described above.

ICE Fabrication shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of vehicle use, lost income, towing expenses, rental vehicle expenses, or damage to other vehicle components, except where such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.
10. Customer Rights

This warranty provides specific legal rights. Customers may have additional rights under applicable federal, state, or local laws. Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
